Twestival OC is proud to lend it’s support (both physically and emotionally) to the Twestival LA. Although the Twestival movement is a big one that encourages communities to get involved, Twestival OC and it’s fans have thrown their support to the Twestival LA and will be attending the event in droves on March 25th!

The Twestival OC team felt it a better use of resources by promoting our efforts to make one gigantic Twestival event and with the Twestival LA team (spear-headed by Shira Lazar and Stacey Soleil) doing such a fantastic job promoting and organizing the event, we wanted to ensure that all of Southern California recognized their efforts by showing up and blowing out the event!

The good folks over at MusicSkins.com have given Twestival OC, and Twestival cities around the globe, a very special treat for this year’s event: Custom iPhone skins!

San Francisco, Honolulu, Paris, and right here in Orange County, are a few of the cities that have had iPhone skins created for them and distributed for any lucky attendee able to get their hands on these limited edition cases created just for the Twestival.

This past month Stacy Clark signed with independent label Vanguard Records. The pop/folk singer-songwriter has a big year ahead. She was chosen as the Best Pop artist by the 2010 OC Music Awards and will be releasing her second record “Connect The Dots” this summer. Stacy is all about inspiring people to help others through music. After Twestival, she will play an MS benefit show on April 2 at the Yost Theater. Also, Stacy is co-owner of ChelStay Advertising.

Since they played the last Twestival a lot has happened for the Costa Mesa rock foursomel. They turned their December residency at The Gypsy Lounge into a toy drive for Orangewood Children’s Foundation and after that they went back into the studio to work on their first full-length album “Sounds People Can Hear,” which will be released on April 3. The band was named Best Indie artist by the 2010 OC Music Awards and recently made the cover of Where OC magazine’s March issue. Now, the main focus is their album release show at House of Blues, Anaheim on Saturday, April 3 with Kiev, Mississippi Man, BLOK and CANVAS. The Twestival OC is proud to present Kvon as part of the trio of comedians that will be joining us on Tuesday, September 15th, at The Orange Hill Restaurant benefitting the Orangewood Children’s Foundation, children’s trust fund!

This Nevada born comedian (@kvoncommedy) has been touring the comedic circuit, working with likes of Jamie Kennedy and Maz Jabroni, and delighting crowds with his “Hip Pop Culture” style of comedy ranging from dating to growing up in a culturally diverse home. After deciding to leave the path of denistry and being a “good persian son” to his brother, Kvon took the styles of his role models, David Letterman, and the late George Carlin to LA where he has been delighting the crowds with his comedy ever sense.
